Community care is environmental care. I’m raising funds to support the networks that support our planet.

My name is Rosalind Warner, and I serve on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Environmental Network. As a political scientist and educator focused on Canadian and global environmental politics, my teaching and research are grounded in the belief that people and policy must change together if we are to live within planetary limits.

I have seen the work of this organization make real changes that impact Canadian nature - from youth community projects to engagement with international fora on biodiversity.  

RCEN is where these commitments come alive in practice: by supporting collaboration, lifting up Indigenous and community leadership, and giving environmental groups a seat at the table in crucial national conversations.
